BATS BBQ
First, each butt is rubbed with our selected seasonings. Next, our pork is super slow smoked for up to 24 hours. We then pull each butt by hand, painstakingly removing as much fat as possible, to bring you the leanest, most tender pork available. Just add one of our homemade sauces and your will experience the Bats BBQ difference.
Chicken, Ribs, and Cajunized Chicken & Sausage are also available.
