Arts Council of York County
The Arts Council of York County provides leadership in arts education and development, arts marketing and arts advocacy in order to create and support a thriving, diverse and vibrant arts community in York County. The Center for the Arts, in downtown Rock Hill, offers classroom, gallery, reception, workshop, meeting and artist studio space. The Arts Council also manages the Tom S. Gettys Center, which features galleries, artist studios, as well as reception and small performance space with the newly renovated Courtroom.
Gallery hours: Mon-Thurs, 9am-6pm; Fri, 9am-5pm. Every 2nd and 4th weekend: Sat, 10am-2pm; Sun, 2-4pm. For more information contact the Arts Council and visit http://www.yorkcountyarts.org as well as http://www.galleryup.com.
